Many groups at once, anywhere in the world, with no equipment store

The problem

• Receiver fleets can come with a daily fee and a deposit.
• Every group means time spent handing out devices and, at the end, counting, disinfecting and charging them.
• A lost or damaged unit is an immediate cost.
• In peak season the fleet is finite — the number of parallel groups is limited.

The solution

Guests join on their own phones; the guide speaks to them in MyGuide Live. The agency works from a shared credit balance (wallet), manages its guides in a roster, and assigns or swaps a guide for each event. There is no physical equipment.

Usage scenario

On one day, twenty-three groups set off — from Germany all the way to Northern Europe. On the agency dashboard you create all twenty-three events in advance and assign the right guide from the roster. The guides start the broadcast from their own phones; as guests board the coach they scan the QR code and join the channel — nothing has to be handed out on the bus. If a guide calls in sick, you swap in another one for the event in a few clicks. When every event has closed, the system deducts credits from the shared agency balance based only on actual attendance.

Settlement

Credit-based, with a central wallet. If a group turns out smaller, you only pay for actual usage. Details on the Pricing page.
