Pricing
No monthly fee, no equipment rental, no deposit. You top up your credit balance, and after every event you run the system deducts only as many credits as the number of participants who actually joined.
In MyGuide Live, 1 credit corresponds to one participant for one day. When you create an event, the system temporarily reserves credits based on the planned headcount. When the event closes, the final settlement is based on actual attendance: if fewer people came, the difference goes back to your balance.
So a one-day tour with 20 people costs at most 20 credits. For a multi-day programme, the number of guests is multiplied by the number of days. There is no limit on who can join — someone can join above the planned headcount as long as your balance covers it.
Credits don't expire. What you top up stays in your account, even if you skip a season.
A larger package has a lower unit price. You top up by card; you see the billing details (VAT, currency) at checkout.

Say that in a season you run two walks a week, with 25 people each, over 26 weeks. That comes to 2 × 25 × 26 = 1,300 credits. The unit price of “Package 2” (1,000 credits) is €0.95/credit, so the whole season is roughly €1,235 — with no equipment rental and no deposit. If fewer people come to some walks, the difference goes back to your balance, and the remaining credits carry over to the next season.
If you take a booking through the Explorer marketplace, we deduct 5% commission on a successful booking. On your own, directly organised tours there is no commission — only the credit usage.
