Step by step
Five steps from creating the tour to closing it. Guests have nothing to do beyond joining.
Create an event
On your dashboard you enter the tour name and its start and end time. As soon as you press the create button, you get a QR code.
Share the QR code
Guests join by scanning the displayed QR code. They don't have to install an app — just join the open channel.
Guests join on their phones
The listener screen opens on their phone. Earphones give the best experience, but the phone's speaker works too.
The guide speaks
The guide goes live in MyGuide Live with a single button, and the group hears it with no delay. The phone plays even with the screen locked.
The tour closes
The guide ends the event. The system settles based on actual usage; unused credits go back to your credit balance and stay there.
Guests need a smartphone, mobile data or Wi-Fi, and ideally earphones. The guide needs a phone or laptop and a MyGuide Live account. No separate receiver, transmitter or base station is required — at most a stronger mobile hotspot.
