Effective: 7 September 2026 · Version: 1.0
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on the visitor's device (computer, phone, tablet) and that the browser sends back to the website on later visits. Cookies alone cannot identify the visitor, but combined with other data they may qualify as personal data.
In this notice, the term "cookie" also covers similar technologies, including the browser's local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and session identifiers.
The controller for cookies is IGuide Production Kft. (2013 Pomáz, Horváth u. 4., Hungary, ig@i-guide.hu). The general conditions for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Notice.
This notice is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and on Section 155(4) of Act C of 2003 on electronic communications.
Because the Platform uses only technically essential cookies, the visitor has nothing to allow or block; the Platform therefore does not display a consent cookie banner.
These cookies are essential for the Platform to work. Without them, signing in, booking and buying credits cannot be used. These cookies cannot be switched off.
| Cookie name | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-<project-id>-auth-token | IGuide Production Kft. | Maintaining the signed-in session, identifying the User across page loads | 400 days |
The cookie's value is the session token issued by the Supabase authentication service. Placing it requires no consent; its legal basis is the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the Controller's legitimate interest in the secure operation of the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The browser limits the cookie's actual lifetime to 400 days, regardless of the value set by the server. The cookie is deleted immediately when the User signs out. The cookie may also appear split (…-auth-token.0, .1) if the size of the sign-in data makes this necessary.
The Controller currently uses no preference, statistics, analytics, marketing or advertising-tracking cookies on the Platform and uses no third-party tracking technology.
If the Controller introduces a cookie requiring consent in the future, it will be listed in this notice and placed only on the basis of the User's prior, explicit consent.
Some pages of the Platform may display embedded content provided by third parties (for example video or maps). These providers may place their own cookies. Where technically possible, the Controller loads embedded content only after the visitor's consent.
On the Platform: because the Controller uses only technically essential cookies, no consent cookie banner and no cookie settings interface are available. If the Controller introduces a cookie requiring consent in the future, it will at the same time provide the option to give and to withdraw consent at any time.
In the browser: cookies can also be deleted or blocked in the browser settings. The exact steps differ by browser; information is available in each browser's help:
Please note that if strictly necessary cookies are blocked at browser level, some Platform features — such as signing in and booking — will not be usable.
With regard to cookie-related processing, the User has the same rights as those detailed in section 5 of the Privacy Notice: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
For legal remedy, the User may turn to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; naih.hu) or to a court.
The Controller reviews and amends this notice from time to time in line with the development of the Platform. The version in force at any given time is continuously available on the Platform. When a new cookie is introduced, the Controller will request consent again.
