The Service Provider is an intermediary service provider; the tour-guiding service is provided by the individual guide. The Service Provider is not a travel organiser or a travel agent.

Filing a complaint: ig@i-guide.hu, or by post to the registered seat. The Service Provider answers complaints in writing, with reasons, within 30 days.
Consumer protection authority: the county government office competent for the consumer's place of residence. Contact details: kormanyhivatalok.hu
Conciliation board: the board competent for the Service Provider's registered seat is the Pest County Conciliation Board (website: panaszrendezes.hu). Consumers may also turn to the board for their own place of residence; national directory: bekeltetes.hu

The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.
All content appearing on the myguidelive.com website and in the MyGuide Live app — including text, graphics, logos, icon sets, photographs, video, software and databases — is protected under Act LXXVI of 1999 on copyright and the applicable trademark rules. The rights holder — with the exception of content uploaded by users — is IGuide Production Kft.
Any use, reproduction, distribution, adaptation or communication to the public of the content is permitted only with the prior written consent of the rights holder. This does not apply to copies made for private purposes and not aimed at generating income, or to quotation in accordance with the Copyright Act with a clear indication of the source.
Rights to content uploaded by users on the Platform belong to the uploading user.
If you notice a copyright infringement, please report it to ig@i-guide.hu. The Service Provider acts in accordance with the Moderation and Notice Policy.
Own content. The Service Provider is liable for its own content published on the Platform under the general rules. The Service Provider strives for the accuracy and currency of the information but does not warrant its completeness or freedom from error.
User content. The Service Provider does not review content uploaded by users in advance and is not liable for it under Sections 7–12 of the E-Commerce Act and Article 6 of the DSA as long as it has no actual knowledge of the unlawful content. Upon obtaining knowledge of an infringement, the Service Provider acts without delay to remove the content or disable access to it.
External links. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. The Service Provider has no influence over the content of these sites and accepts no liability for them; the operator of the site in question is always responsible for the content. No unlawful content was identified when the links were placed. Upon becoming aware of an infringement, the Service Provider removes the link without delay.
The Service Provider has not subjected itself to any code of conduct.
